Nice muscle scraper. I have limited experience with muscle scraping, but the included booklet is very useful and my muscles certainly feel better after using it.

A new tool
I've only used it a few times but I can feel how tight my muscles are and this will definitely help with a few problem areas. It's easy to hold and the instruction manual is clear and helpful. Comes in a nice carry case. It seems like a very versatile tool. Can't wait to get more benefit from it.
