the outside zipped pocket is difficult to access, it is too bad

Expensive and not practical at all.
Looking good, but not very practical. The backpocket (for computers) cannot hold a 14" MacBook Pro with a softshell as protection. The front pocket is hard to access because the zipper is under a flap that obstructs opening it all the way. The top cannot be closed to completion even when rolled up as tightly as possible, because there is no support like velcro or some snap to keep the material of the front and back sides together. Hence, when raining, there will likely be water getting in. The larger inside pocket will not hold the 14" computer either. The smaller inside pocket is very small and will hold one wallet or your phone, but not more. The straps holding the pack on your back are flimsy and seem cheap. That thing costs 139 Euros.
