When I received my new watch, I loved the appearance , but was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the crown, as it sticks really bad when attempting to adjust the date. Andrew reached out and offered to fix it right away, and sent me additional video on how to micro-adjust the bracelet. Shipping takes a while due to clearing customs, but rest assured your watch will eventually arrive and if anything about it results in less than a 5-star rating, they are quick to make it right!
