Polar White Exp II

It's easy to review a perfect product with no customer service interaction but you can tell a lot more about a business when things don't go exactly as planned. In this case, my GMT watch had an issue with the second hand sticking and not passing over the minute hand after several cycles. I'm happy to say that Watches by Andrew gave excellent post sale customer service. They were prompt with their communication and after walking me through some basic troubleshooting, determined that the watch was malfunctioning. They were then very quick to send me a replacement watch, which I am happy to report, is working perfectly. No company gets it right the first time 100% of the time, but the ones like Watches by Andrew are quick to make it right so you can shop with confidence knowing that you are going to end up with a great watch at a fair price when all is said and done. I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Got this watch as a gift for my Son’s graduation. I ordered the wrong model, but kept it! Looks great. Very well made and great value.
