Taylor K2006 Complete Test Kit (FAS-DPD)

The Taylor K-2006 Complete Kit that I purchased from you was missing the black dot that goes on the small tube that is used to measure the amount of CYA that is in your pool water. When I opened the kit everything was all over the place, almost like someone had used the kit and sent it back to you and then you sent the same kit to a new customer (me) without checking other over. I was surprised that you don't supply this kit with a list of the items that this kit contains so a new customer can take inventory to make sure everything is there. I actually had to do a Google Search to find out what was in the kit. It was only when I was doing the CYA test that I discovered that there was no black dot on the bottom of the small tube. I had to call Taylor to get the black dot and it took at least 3 days. Would you be happy if this happened to you? Now I find that I am starting to get low on some of the chemicals and to be perfecly honest with you, I am nervous about ordering them from you.

Excellent test kit for maintaining crystal clear balanced pool water. Takes a little time once a week to test and check levels but worth the effort,
