Ruffle straps are way too long for my girl!

I wanted something easy and cute for my female pug when the weather is nice because she loves wearing clothes. I really wanted to love these. They are cute but they don’t fit nearly as well as the fit warm sweaters that seem to be tailored for her. The ruffle straps are just way too long. Maybe they needed to be adjustable or elasticized? The shirt are constantly scooting back so it’s half way down her back and it just looks silly. I bought 4 shirts and she can’t wear them. Maybe they work for other breeds but not my slender pug! Very disappointing!
