Broken product sadly

I really like the product, think the cable is great and the sound quality is really nice. Sadly i have to share with you that the left earbud started acting up and now sometimes doesn’t even produce any sound, I have not treated it bad I have been careful with the product and it’s only the left IEM that is broken.. so outside of that good product.

First set

Got these a bit ago, and they're my first set of IEMs. I've had an amazing experience so fa, they're very comfortable and sound amazing. But, I recently started hearing static during quieter parts of songs. Not sure if it's user error or not, but I've been extra careful with them because I was scared of them breaking.

Pretty great experience

I really like the look of them, i use them on the phone with a dac and sometimes to play on the ps5, and I'm please with how they sound, im not an audiophile so they fullfilled my expectations, i just wished they included a little bag to store them but i guess for $30 i can't ask for more.
