Excellent - flexible but strong, easy to fit and release. It was simple to get the right size, based on the directions for measuring. Dog trainer showed me how to put the muzzle on my dog and how to lock and release it. I just say "nose" and my dog puts his nose in. No discomfort evident, even in warmer weather as can pant, drink, take treats. Super easy to use (which I hadn't expected).
