As others have mentioned, very warm, pretty comfy (well as comfy as you can get hiking) and relatively quiet. The inflatable bag is also much quicker than Thermarest. It is a bit harder to let just a little bit of air out as there isn't a twist valve. Lightweight and compact, also better priced than other brands. My other sleeping pad is Thermarest NeoAir XLite NXT (wide square) and I find this own just as comfortable, but smaller and lighter to pack.
