Well made.

Engineered well. Easy to install. The online videos were a great help, but I think most people could have put it together with the paper manual. A GREAT FEATURE is how easy it is to remove. In my case I have to leave the tailgate down to transport an electric bike. Because of the tailgate down; finding a convenient place to hook the straps compelled me to install two stainless steal bolts on the rear bumper of my truck. I drilled, threaded, and then put a nut on the inside of the bumper.
