Sydney Feather Sofa + Ottoman - Grey

I purchased based on all the positive reviews but had I seen this in person I would have kept walking. The post says removable covers for washing, I thought great, definitely on the seat cushions how handy is that! but the entire sofa cover is velcroed in place. For me, this leaves the corners completly showing thru. Left front, Right front, bottom left side front corner - i attempted to remove and replace to better cover up where the angled corners come together but it's a daunting task. The biggest let down is the modular connector. It's some sort of alligator clasp where you slide one side into the other. The left and right never stay together for me. And I can't get it close enough to tighten the space between the two . Higher end furniture have a much better mechanism to connect, which it seems I need to find for myself or just chainsaw this whole mess. (excuse my unfinished floor)
