Sydney Feather Sectional Sofa - Beige

PERFECT! Couch as beautiful as it looked on the website and so comfortable! Everything went smoothly, from ordering through delivery. And Customer Service was awesome as well!

Very happy with my experience with Citi Modern! I bought a great new sofa for my new apartment and it looks and feels great. Customer service was great every step of the way. The sofa was delivered about 10 days after I ordered...which was great. Other stores were telling me it would take 6-8 weeks! Very grateful for Citi Modern Furniture!

Overall I recommend this couch! But here are some things preventing 5 stars: - the chaise cushion seems used or otherwise already flatter on the part you sit on, and I can’t move the fluffiness to the seating part so it’s slightly indomitable and forces you to lie a certain way. - the smaller sections cushions are undersized and leave a two inch gap, perhaps designed to flatten over time, but it shows cost saving at the detriment of life - $400 extra for white glove is overpriced in my opinion. It took them 15 mins to get the couch in and assembled and I wish I just asked a friend to help me instead -profile is lower than I was expecting. I am an able bodied 33 year old guy and I struggle a bit to get off the couch.
