UGG Classic Ultra Mini Boot Womens

Disappointing Customer Service and do not recommend.

I received my order in the mail fairly quickly, which I appreciated. I ordered two pairs of UGGs, the first pair had no issues. Unfortunately, the second pair (Tasman slippers) arrived defective. The right slipper is visibly stretched out and noticeably larger than the left, despite both being labeled the same size. The right shoe has visible indents/collapse in the toe area, while the left maintains its structure. This issue was present immediately upon first try-on. I contacted the retailer multiple times right away with photos and have not received any response. UGG confirmed that the retailer is responsible for handling exchanges for purchases within 30 days and this is in fact a defective product. Very disappointing experience due to the lack of customer service and failure to address a clearly defective item.

These boots are incredibly warm, soft, and comfortable. The lining feels cozy without overheating, and they’re easy to slip on for everyday wear.
