New Balance 327 Sneaker

Kozmo shoes did not specifiy that these shoes are womens size and only come in womans. I tried to return or exchange and they told me it was non refundable. Also decription of shoe says mineral red but its pink. It said when i ordered show that it was non refunable but the description of shoes is completley wrong and that is not my fault. If Kozmo wants return customer they must make exeptions in there return policy. Im stuck with shoes that i cant sell or wear now. I will never by anything from kozmo again

This is my 3rd pair! I keep returning back to this style for its comfort and sleek look.

Product was badlly packaged, shipment arrived broken and one pair of shoes was lost. Contacted customer service and was told to deal with UPS directly. I felt like this would not happen if the products were well packegd! So far no one from the merchant contacted me back for the issue!
