Gluten Free Challah

We were genuinely looking forward to trying your challah for the first time. It’s not often that you come across a real gluten-free challah, and the ones pictured on your website looked amazing, so we were excited to give them a try. Unfortunately, what we received looks nothing like what is pictured on the website. The challahs are extremely dark, very small, quite dry, and have a slightly burnt smell to them. I completely understand that baked products can vary and won't look exactly like a website photo, but the difference here is pretty significant. Instead of the beautiful, large, golden-brown challahs shown online, these are honestly just a complete disappointment. Although when we voiced our concern, it was dealt with promptly, and you graciously replaced them so that we can try them again, the replacement product wasn’t much better.

I love your challah. I once I learned I was Celiac I thought I would never taste challah again. Thank you for making me wrong. I love your challah!!!

Never received the Challah bread. Wrote an email stating that and never gor a response.
