Gluten Free Buckwheat Bread

The two breads that I received (buckwheat GF) had been rescued just before being burned, with harder crusts and drier middle sections than Our Daily Bread at Sunflower Market. That was disappointing.

It’s ok, not sure if my taste buds changed or ingredients changed

delicious toasted, with butter and jam!
