Brioche Burger Buns-Gluten Free

They are so good with vegi burgers, a good tuna sandwhicha nd a burger. They have to be frozen right away as GF bread dries out and then lightly heated while in half or toasted. Thnak you for making them.

The burger buns are delicious! The first gf buns that don’t fall apart. Amazing

These were very good only complaint was the buttery outside flaked off during slicing the bun, otherwise it held up nicely to an 8oz cheeseburger with bacon, added Mayo to one side and ketchup on the other side and sliced pickles. Would definitely try again.
