This Too Shall Pass Mantra Cuff Bracelet

Life has been very complicated lately. When this bracelet popped up in my FB feed, I was intrigued. And finally I couldn't resist that message. It arrived very quickly and is very nice quality. And now, when a friend asks how things are going, I show them the bracelet and then say "but look inside". And I get a knowing nod and smile.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughter. She loved it. It made her laugh which is what I’d hoped for. She said it was a good reminder and a good laugh.

BEWARE I do not leave negative reviews, typically. But, others need to know how they will be treated based on my experience. I decided I do not like how the product looks in person, so I have repratedly attempted to intiate a return. First attempt was on 6/27 and I recieved two timely responses from Sarah Pelea, Manager Customer service, offering me different % discounts. I declined and requested that no more offers be sent. I simply want an address to return the product and want a full refund (I am willing to pay shipping, as stated in the refund clause).I finally receive a reply from Sarah on 7/2 stating she will eacalate my request. I have received no information since this last message and 11 days have passed since my initial request for a refund. The website states that customer service replies are typically responded to within 6-12 HOURS. I hope this gets resolved. Thie businrss needs to be customer oriented and responsive. DO BETTER.
