Arrived well packaged and still completely frozen. Frys up well. Has a great flavor to it without being too salty (which I find can happen sometimes when I make it from home using standard bacon or sausage or ham instead of meat scraps as the recipe was originally intended for). There was a little bit of a wait to get it but it was well worth it. All the nostalgia of a homemade scrapple breakfast without the hours long process and mess of making it.
