Gets rid of any buildup. I don't use it every time I wash - it's a bit too strong for that.

They changed the recipe and removed the key ingredient for dandruff care: pyrithione zinc. I dont care if the price for that product increased causing them to have to raise the price of this, i still would have bought it. I will continue buying other products from As I Am but if they change another recipe again, ill find another company to spend my money at.

This is a staple in my hair care routine and I regularly suggest it to my curly headed friends.
