Exactly what i needed. Great quality!

Glides poorly and too bouncy

It seems pretty rugged and unlikely to physically break......but the urethane sliders are tiny which causes it to struggle to extend and retract. It's not smooth or graceful at all which makes it feel like it's a cheap product. The height adjustability is good, installation was fine, but it's too bouncy and doesn't glide at all. Kinda frustrated with this product.
