Super good the smell of the conditioner is so good the shampoo feels really good on my scalp the elixir is very good it makes the gel cast soften very well with any frizz based please put me in a video🙏🥺

I’m extremely disappointed with how my Hair Elixir arrived. The dropper cap was loose and not properly secured, causing a significant amount of the product to leak inside the packaging. There was visible residue around the bottle and liquid stains throughout the box. For the price, I expected a properly sealed, brand-new product. This raises serious concerns about BASED’s packaging and quality control. I’ve contacted customer support requesting a replacement or full refund. This is an unacceptable experience.
