Coconut Castaway

Good products, and the one time i ordered a scent my wife didn't like, they just sent out replacements with no questions asked. I will keep buying from them... particularly like the bay rum and coconut castaway soaps. Good customer service beats all.

Dr. Squatch used a random third party delivery service to deliver the 12 bars of soap I ordered. The driver pulled up to my house in an unmarked Honda, and almost every single bar arrived broken into pieces. I ended up having to buy a soap saver bag on Amazon just so I could use all the broken pieces. I reached out to Dr. Squatch, and to their credit, they replaced the order. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened with the replacement. I won’t be ordering from them again. If I’m paying over $60 for 12 bars of SOAP, I expect them to arrive intact and be usable right out of the box. This is a premium product, and to keep repeat customers in this economy id expect them to use a legit shipping service
