Actual product (shirt) was 5 stars Shipping and delivery was 2.5 stars Rated total experience 4 stars Arrived 4 days later than expected If it was free Shipping and handling it would be more negligible However paying for shipping and handling implies not so much a guarantee but at least a commitment Some communication acknowledging the 2 delays If I can track it so can you, it's just software and programming I realize that much of what USPS does is out of your control, but not how you react to it in real time Bottom line is - great product not great experience I would order again if I had more leeway time but not for quick gift or surprise gift ideas.
