Dog Crate — Professional Side Entry by Zinger

Happy with my PR5000-2-SD-C

This crate is a huge upgrade from my dog's wire cage, which she kept breaking out of every time something upset her. The Zinger crate feels & looks like a high quality product, but it did come with a few imperfections like a slightly bent door with a paint chip and a screw hole misalignment. I'm sure the warranty would of covered these replacements, but ultimately I was able to assemble it and I just stuck some black tape over the small chip. The only difficult and time consuming task was tightening all the fasteners, which would benefit from a 2nd set of hands to keep the screw in place while you tighten the nut from the inside. I would give this crate a 4.5/5 only because it was difficult to assemble and took a while to do it on my own. Thanks Dog Crate World for the quick free delivery and prompt email support!
