Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip (4-pack)

After trying these cookies in a store, I enjoyed them enough to place a order directly from Toto. Unfortunately, the cookies I received were a complete letdown. They were stale and had a dry, firm texture instead of the soft, gooey texture they heavily advertise. To make matters worse, I contacted the company about the issue and never received a response. Between the lack of quality control and abhorrent customer service, I won't be ordering again.
