Wooden Hair Comb

The product itself was great and matched what I expected and I’m happy with my purchase. My only complaint was the delivery process. It took longer than expected and the updates weren’t very clear, which made the experience frustrating. If the shipping and delivery were improved, I would have given a higher rating. (Took over two weeks)

Product is great, works amazingly! Had some shipping errors, and the customer service team from BASED helped me through every step with no problems at all. Love the company!
