Ordering and shipping was quick, so thank you for that. When I was installing, I think it’s too much bending in order to get it past the buttons. Then there is how the Apple brand puck sits in it. Mine was loose, not a tight fit and it sits lower than the edge of the black ring, so the mag safe doesn’t make a proper fit if it were to stay seated in the jig, like it is supposed to. It actually has to pop up to the phone to connect properly. Then when you disconnect, the puck is lifted up off the jig. I am ordering some double sided circles stickers to see if they provide enough height to make the connection and keep the puck seated properly when removing the phone. This is either a result of the 3D printing process having too much variation between prints, since this product has mixed reviews of it working and it not, or it just needs a design revision to adjust a few things. If it is the 3D printing process having a QA fitting process for 3D printed parts would help. I have another 3D printed part for my Tacoma and it also seemed more difficult to attach than the installation video showed. That one does operate as designed though. Not really complaining, I will adjust it on my end, I just hope this helps you for product improvement. It is a great idea though and the lines on the jigs face match the Toyota designed lines really well.

Not a good fit

I had to conduct jenga to get this plastic piece to fit….. ish! It stuck out a bit and was not flat. Also, phone does hit bottom and requires the MagSafe to hold it up. Also, I spent several mins to get Apple MagSafe to detect phone… so, I just removed the whole thing and will use OEM charger and plug in kind. It was a good thought though.
