Three Products - Not a gift set

I ordered this as a "gift set" for my sister. I received the three items. They are separate items. There is no packaging, box or bag that would make it a gift set; just three items. If I want to give it as a "gift set," I will need to find a box and a way to dress it up. Disappointing.

Well…I don’t want to give it a bad review but I’ve only used the firming crème with caffeine because the other two were missing their safety seal’s and the balm had definitely been used before. I feel like I got somebody’s return which was very disappointing. I do like the one that I have been able to use. I reached out already and am hoping you will make good and send me replacements for the two that I will not be using
