Refractory pizza stone, square Sorrento Biscuit measuring 32 x 32 cm with a thickness of up to 3 cm

Very slow service, but excellent quality biscotto

Waited way too long for the product to arrive (2 months instead of 10-15days from Italy to Croatia) but it arrived in good condition, undamaged with clear instructions how to treat it before first use. Previously I had default cordierite stone in my pizza oven and I would burn the bottom before the top would be fully cooked even with bottom heater switched off. Now I used this biscotto with all heating elements on in pizza oven at 430° and the bottom was perfect, also it doesn't stick and is very easy to clean and maintain. Overall, excellent product, but I wish they were a lot quicker.

Ein wirklich erheblicher Unterschied. Der Kauf hat sich echt gelohnt, die Pizzen sind jetzt von unten gut durch aber halt nicht mehr schwarz.
