Not great first impression

The unit powered on and initially raised so I could install the keyboard tray, but it wouldn’t lower and displayed an E03 error code. I performed a hard reboot, which allowed the desk to lower, but the issue continued. Each time I tried to raise the desk, I had to do another hard reboot—sometimes multiple attempts—before it would finally move. I now have a customer service ticket submitted because the unit powers on with no error codes but will no longer rise at all.
