Fantastic

I got the white pro legs and the 60" butcher block top. I am very happy with it so far. Just FYI, both the frame and the top are extraordinarily heavy. Like, I can barely move the assembled desk a few inches by myself and it probably wasn't a good idea to carry the boxes in and assemble it by myself, but I managed. The weight is a sign of quality, though. The butcher block is thick and beautiful. The desk is sturdy, and it moves up and down nearly silently. I had a standing desk in the past that was noisy and wobbly when you moved it up and down. This desk is much better. When researching desks, I saw lots of people comparing standing desks online shaking them. I didn't find much about the Temp desk online, so I was a little worried about stability, since my last standing desk was actually wobbly. I think those online reviewers are really exaggerating, but based on the videos I watched, I really debated weather I needed the elite frame for maximum stability. I am happy with the Pro. Yes, if you intentionally shake the desk back and fourth or side to side, it'll move a little, but it's completely stable in normal circumstances, even if you have a mechanical keyboard and type on it like a maniac. When I was researching online, I was also worried that some of the desk options wouldn't go low enough for an ideal sitting position. I liked that the pro frame goes lower than many of the other options. I'm 5'5" and this desk can go significantly lower than I need it to. It's nice to have the flexibility, though. The tempo controller was the main reason I wanted to try this desk over the other options. I thought the screen looked cool and I liked the idea of the desk prompting me to stand more. Out of the box, it doesn't really look like much. I thought that maybe it had a plastic cover because it didn't look like it had a screen. The screen isn't glossy, the top of the controller is just a solid piece of matte black plastic. However, once it's actually installed and turned on, it looks nice and functions well. It's sort of understated and classy. It's really simple, intuitive and convenient to manually move the desk up and down by pushing the entire controller up or down. I haven't enabled the feature for it to automatically adjust the desk yet. It was a selling point, but I'm still experimenting with determining my preferred sitting and standing heights before I lock them in. My favorite part is the butcher block table top. It's really super high quality, thick, and well finished. I wasn't sure if I'd need to measure and drill all the holes myself to attach the frame since the description didn't specify. I was happy to find that the screw holes were all pre-drilled and it was easy to screw the frame on with just a regular hand screwdriver. Overall, I'm super happy with my new desk and would recommend it to anyone.

Raises the standard for raising and lowering your desk

This is my first week using my automatic desk, and I'm highly pleased with how it works, how easy it was to learn to use it, and how it looks. At 6' 1" inches tall, I'm able to have the desk elevated high enough to work comfortably when standing as well as when seated. My wife, who has a background in ergonomics, is impressed with how it works. She also cares about how things look, and she loves the spacious maple top I ordered as part of it. Before buying, I had shopped to consider numerous options, and Ergodriven's product stood out above all the rest. While the price was higher than some options I considered, this desk seemed the best value in terms of its features and quality of product. Also, in the course of ordering and receiving the order, I made one error in my order, and someone at Ergodriven contacted me to point out what they suspected was an error and to ask me to confirm what I wanted. THAT is great customer service you don't get from every company. In addition to buying the desk, I also purchased the standing mat and the OM mouse, and I'm as please with them as I am with the desk.
