Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. Said she is going to wear it everyplace. One of the charms wouldn’t stay on so my daughter contacted Liberty and explained. They said they would send out a replacement charm and a different one as well. So, in short, there was an issue but it was handled quickly, respectfully, and I will be purchasing more from Liberty because of their response.
