Hampshire House Bracelet Silver

This was a “made to order” piece and I had to wait over 4 weeks to receive it and once it finally came in, had this piece for less than 5 days before it snapped on one of the link joints while I was wearing it! At first, I thoght the clasp got unhooked but nope, it completely snapped and now it’s broken and unwearable. I have bought several pieces from Kinn and have been generally very pleased with their quailty but I am really shocked with the poor quality and craftmanship of this bracelet! The description of this piece on their site literally states, “Crafted with the same attention to detail and enduring construction, it is designed for daily wear and long term presence.” FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Super disapponted and now trying to figure out how to get it fixed or returned bc just WOW.
