True to size - shame about the pad

A lot of people stated to size up but I found the size 12's true to size. The material is nice quality, thick and the water beads up on them, so they are great for bad weather. They aren't too short and they stay put below the knee without riding up. Cons - the pad is bulky and rather unforgiving. I'm not sure the designed the geometric shape had much idea of female anatomy. They do slip down a bit round the middle despite having a nice snug fitting waistband. I found myself hitching them up when walking around off the bike. I have very narrow hips - so this is possibly the area that fits less well for me. I got round the problem by attaching my own bib straps which solves the problem. All in all these are pretty good as an occasional autumn/spring stop gap item when it's too cold for shorts but not cold enough for long tights.

Nice fit, nice fabric, a bit itchy though. I am hoping they'll itch less once they have been washed a few times
