I bought these for commuting just to make the journey a bit more comfortable in ordinary clothes. Really pleasantly surprised. They fit well, are really discreet and do a great job 👌🏻

Padding is good, but the rest of the item is

Padding is good, but the rest of the fabric in the item is quite flimsy and I don’t expect them to last long

Padding is thin.

I purchased the cycling knickers to use at the gym and did not find that it made the saddle any easier to bear. The padding is too soft and thin to make a marked difference. Having said that the saddle on the exercise bikes are very hard and uncomfortable. I will continue to use the knickers as I enjoy using the exercise bikes.
