The product is amazing! The ordering process was pretty difficult when ordering 2 basketballs at once instead of separately. Pictures were mixed up several times and the quote was mixed up several times then one coaches name ended up on both basketballs. Recommend placing 2 separate orders. Customer service was great though. The overall product is amazing!!
