Wow
Impeccable. Form, fit, styling, etc. . . Flawless. Zero break in time. I wore them for 4 hrs the first time wearing them and they were as comfortable as a soft glove. I have gotten so many compliments on how awesome they look, as well. Now, let's talk about customer service. I initially purchased the size I always do and it was a half size too small. I immediately advise customer service at Rujo (the owner and operations manager) and they shipped me the next size up next day air for free w/ a return label for the pair that was too small. The issue was resolved in minutes with zero hassle. These are the reasons I own 12 pair of Rujo boots and will continue to be a life-long Rujo customer.

Luis for the win
These fit like a glove and are softer than expected. I wore them for around 10 hours and 10k steps the first time I wore them. Feet felt great the entire time and man did they get noticed.

Love the new Rust Luis. . .
This pair of Luis in Rust is a great looking boot. It fits a wee bit snug. I'm a 12D and it is maybe a 12D- if that makes sense! Just a smidge snug, which is perfect for my foot. I'm going to say it runs true to size, but snug. I really like the color and pattern on the vamp & counter. Rujo killed it with this boot.
