Poor Color Quality on Expensive Custom Lights

I received my custom lights order, but I'm very disappointed with the quality. When viewed straight on from below, the lights appear white as expected. However, when viewed from the side—which is the angle you normally see them when entering the room—they give off an unpleasant yellow-green glow. This color shift is very noticeable and makes the lights look cheap, which is not what I expected from such an expensive custom product. For the price I paid, I expected consistent, high-quality lighting from all viewing angles. Unfortunately, I can't recommend these lights based on my experience. See attached pic for reference.
