the 5 stars are strictly for electric ride co. bike came on time, however it hasn’t worked since arriving. so far, angelica has been super helpful and in continual communication to get this worked out. regardless of this hang up, i would 100% do business with electric bike co. again as this is an issue from the manufacturor and not the distributor. will give product review once resolved.
