It is a different type of cooking. So, far the only trouble I have had it scrambled eggs. It was hard getting all the little holes clean. But, I have cooked other things and did a prefect job . It's been a learning process for me, but I do like them.

Devastated. Received the product today. £684.00!!! I would at least expected the pans to be in a nice box, which says i had spent a fortune… instead, I received something that looks it needs to go the tip. On top of all of this, you have to actually install the handles yourself! Do not waste your money.

The deep pan not the wok is very good. It is easy handling, Heating is even and I used low to medium flame to warm the pan and for cooking, I used medium flame. I think gas/electric consumption is lower compared to all the other cooking pans/ pots I've used. The shallow pan, one of the pans I am using now is from my opinion is lighter, so I have to use low flame to medium flame to warm and/or for cooking specially when I sautee veggies or meat because it easily turns brown. The handling is easy, great, and easy to cleans, As long as I warmed-up the pan before putting oil and starting to cook, foods don't stick to the bottom. I find your Okura pots and pans product including your knives very good. on a score of 1-5, I would have scored your product 4.5 actually. I would recommend it to others. Thank you for the free knives. They are great for even dicing, slicing or cutting big chunks of veggies and meat.
