A Change for the Better

Being old school, I relied on the AA battery-powered headlight purchased in 2003, which required four batteries and drained them inefficiently. I was introduced to the rechargeable version this time, and am liking it thus far. Once weather conditions improve and riding season begins again, I look forward to comparing the two types, but I believe I will be satisfied with the latter version, as the brightness is so much better despite a more costly price tag up front. I won't need to search for outdated bulbs nearly impossible to find now, but simply plug in to a charger for a short period and can keep riding beyond the daylight with much better illumination ahead of me!

Another 20 years of service....

Amazing, just retired former CATEYE after 20 years of service. New stuff including this headlight seem to be higher quality than old now with USB charging and still made in Japan

This works great. I feel much safter on the road
