Beautiful set of Palestinian recipes that are wonderfully narrated. Illustrations are top notch too....have made my best Hummus ever from this book!

Every single illustration, every word is just delicious. I have no excuse not to make Falafel or Za'atar now! As well as recipes that are new to me such as Nabulsi Knafeh (a 'sweet, cheesy pastry'). I need to take a moment to mention the Paddystinian Balls with Gazan Chilli Sauce too...pure brilliance. Izz and Eman have done a fantastic job of sharing genuine Palestinian recipes with us and I will be honoured to share these dishes with others. I still highly recommend popping into Izz café in Cork City to taste these recipes yourself too. Saoirse don Phalaistín.
