Cookbook with a difference! Beautiful recipes. Very informative re meat cuts and fish prep. An absolute treasure of a book. Best purchase in a while. Always been a fan of Gaz and his great sense of humour.😀 But lovely to learn about collaboration with Higgins Butchers and growth of business. Highly recommend this book!
