The product I received was not what was shown in the picture. I contacted customer support and the response was that there was nothing they could do, the product was already processed. I never got the 2 manuals either. This is some deceptive marketing. Dont waste your money.

Complete rip off. And they lie about customer service. Product not as described and in fact if I had not seen a wire sticking out (bare wire) I could've been injured. They took an extremely long time to ship and now won't refund. So not use this company.

Customer service is non existent. Send two messages and has been 4 days and no responce on either message. Also when I ordered on the 15 july the shipping indicated it would arrive by the 23 rd now august 3 and still no delivery. Would not order again from this site
