I am not an experienced seamstress. I haven't "made" anything in about 40 years and was not good then. I purchased a Simplicity Pattern for about $20 awhile ago to make some clothing for a generic American Girl Doll, couldn't understand the instructions and became very frustrated. I made the bloomer buddies out of flannel, lace and colored twill tape for pajamas and it is adorable. I did get a bit confused, referred to your illustration for that one step and had no problems. I am much more confident now, and my nieces daughter is getting some nice doll clothes. Thank you for making life more simple for a lot of us. Victoria

Bloomer Buddies pattern a big hit!

I really liked the looks of this pattern, so I bought it and made a sleeveless top and short bloomers for my 18” Madame Alexander doll. It was very easy, and the outfit turned out great! I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much!
