Does not work as advertised

I originally was very excited to get this fan. And after I set it up I couldn’t get it to cool down my shop as advertised. So I contacted and asked for help via email. After that I still couldn’t get the fan to work properly. I then resorted to wanting a refund because this fan is pretty expensive. They told me in order to return for a refund I need to send it back in the original box which of course I don’t have anymore and that they would be taking a 20% restock fee and I had to pay for shipping for their product that did not do as advertised. Not even close to what is advertised. I’m so disappointed in this company. I’m now out over $2k and a useless fan.

lacking quality control

The unit arrived with the water lines disconnected and the Min/Max knob operates backwards Max is off and Min is full flow.
