I purchased 2 36" Polar Blades, one being for resale and the other for my warehouse. One unfortunately was damaged in transit. This is where the aggravating part comes into play. They have a US phone number, but not the customer care staff, which is perfectly fine. However, I called to address the issue and was told to send pictures of the damage, which I did. They responded quickly and told me that the info was forwarded to their "team". 2 days went by and I was told the same thing, forwarded and waiting on the "team" to respond. Now I'm 3 days in and no one will answer my questions or provide assistance with the broken part. I'm not asking for a new fan just the parts to fix the one I have. What this boils down to is no representation in the states and a company that does not care about you after the sale. Thanks so much, not really!

Great purchase

Quickly delivered Easy to setup. Cooled down a very large area and has kept it a perfect temperature for us to enjoy our new space
