I couldn’t recommend this workshop more.
Alex is such an asset to Dear Green. He’s incredibly knowledgable, kind and adaptable to different skill levels within the class. He also deftly removed the pretentiousness that can linger around coffee to make the whole afternoon accessible and fun. And if you wish to find out, he also knows everything about how Dear Green, as a B corp, interact with the countries and communities within their supply chain. Highly recommend this workshop, I left with brushed up barista skills, great recommendations to upgrade my equipment and a blood caffeine level to be proud of. Thank you Alex for a wonderful workshop!

Barista Masterclass - Excellent
Really enjoyed the session. Being able to compare and understand how altering brewing parameters affected the taste of the coffee was really useful. Alex was a great tutor and the small group allowed plenty of hands-on experience.

Excellent class today with Alex who was really engaging and clearly knew what he was talking about. He was able to explain concepts really clearly for the whole group even though not everyone had prior experience. I came away with some new tips and a definite improvement in my milk frothing technique! I’ll be looking out for future classes and would highly recommend this one to anyone looking to get more out of their machine or who just has an interest in making great coffee.
