Dress Phoebe Satin Navy

I am devaststed. Order for my daughters wedding and got surprised by haveing ti oay $95 duty and taxes before the truck would deliver it. The dress adds about 30 pounds to me. I feel huge and very frumpy in it. The front looks like the picture.. back is so plain. Akso much shorter on me then the pictures snd sleeves are sbove my elbow. Just not what I though and paid close to $500 with duty.
